I’m here to make your life easier, so I keep the process simple. We’ll work together, small business to small business, and I’ll guide you through your project.
1. Brief
I’m more of a listener than a talker, but I will ask you all the right questions to get us both clear on where you’re at, who you are, and what you want.
Plus, we’ll pull out all the finer details and pin down your tone of voice.

Together, we’ll put together a plan and agree on timescales that fit your goals and your budget.

I’ll research you, your industry, your ideal clients and your competitors, then piece it all together to create on-point messaging for your unique brand.

5. Review
For larger projects, I’ll send you a copy sample near the beginning of the process so you can be confident your voice has been captured.

Will you work with my website designer?
Absolutely! I will work with you and communicate directly with your website developer, designer or other professionals working on the project. I’m a big believer that open and frequent communication leads to better results.
What sort of copy and content do you write?

Will you edit or proofread content I’ve written myself?
A. If you’re a small business on a tight budget, this might be a helpful option. I’m happy to have a chat to discuss where you’re at and what you need.
